The Pharmaceutical forum is an independent annual technical meeting of industrial hygienists from the pharmaceutical industry, normally held in conjunction with the AIHCE.

This meeting has provided a focused session for technical presentations, best practices, and networking targeting health and safety professionals practicing in the pharmaceutical industry.

The forum was held continuously from 1985 – 2012 thanks to the active sponsorship and coordination of volunteer organizations (see list of past sponsors). Due to lack of sponsorship in 2013-1014, there was no forum.

Thanks to the sponsorship of Actavis and DuPont Personal Protection, the forum was back in 2015. Due to the global pandemic in 2020, the Pharmaceutical Forum was deferred to 2021 and moved to a virtual format pending resumption of an in-person AIHce. Continued annual sponsorship is required to sustain the forum going forward. If your organization is missing from the sponsor list, it’s your time to step up.
